bio

An artist of many mediums with a unrivaled drive, Chris Meadows the rapper, singer, producer, born in Jamestown, New York, (raised in Charlotte, NC) spent much of his early life listening to everything from Post Malone, Don Toliver, and The Weeknd.

Lived experiences wrapped in genre-breaking production through a versatile yet distinct vocal selection allows Meadows to create songs that unveil the curtain to who he really is. While he is able to rap with the best of them, he is simultaneously reaching for the stars with hit records. He released his project “Hopes End” (2021) featuring “The Price”, bringing his listeners into his dark and larger than life world of despair serenaded with parties, synths, and self denying love. He followed with “Neon” (2022), a bright and electric ensemble of songs telling recent accounts of love interests and house parties. Followed was a run of shows, including NC International Folk Fest and CLT NYE presented by Ally, and seven others (three of which sold out). Since then, Meadows took a step back, only releasing two singles “Please Break My Heart, Again” (2022) and “Edge” (2022).

He is now back with a run of singles in 2023, as a build up to his untitled alternative project. As the stakes rise and ambitions grow, we get to be right by his side and see how he navigates this enigma of a world.
